Learn how to use your body to it's fullest potential. Our goal during coaching sessions is to improve movement longevity and help you access more strength, mobility and freedom of movement. We do this through the use of:
- Hands on soft tissue work (massage therapy techniques)
- Gymnastics/bodyweight style strength training
- Active flexibility work (using your own strength as a tool to release tight structures)
- Partner assisted stretching
- Reaction/coordination games
- Partner movement drills

WHO CAN BENEFIT FROM ONE-ON-ONE COACHING?
Everyone! We all live in an ever changing body. Whether you like it or not, your body is adapting and undergoing cellular changes every second of every day.
It's up to you whether those adaptations will be positive (stronger/more mobile joints) or negative (weaker/tighter joints). Nobody wants to be tight and weak but our lifestyles often promotes these adaptations. Can you do a pull-up? A handstand? Touch your toes? Take control and build yourself up into the ultimate version of yourself! Everyone deserves to feel strong, mobile and free of pain.
DO I NEED TO "GET IN SHAPE" BEFORE I START MOVEMENT TRAINING?
NO! It can be intimidating starting something new, but there are no requirements for starting your movement journey. All sessions are individually tailored to meet your comfort and ability level.
In fact beginners have quite the advantage. Since most of what you will be doing will be completely new to you- your body is going to be adapting like crazy to help you accomplish all the new challenges you are facing. This puts you in an ideal situation for learning and positions you to potentially see a TON of progress in a short amount of time!
